Thumbs up I have to praise you like I should..

Got one of these at another forum I plague.

Everyone has an idol, a hero.
Can be a real person, can be a GW's character... can be a famous person I guess, I dunno.

This is also the thank you note corner. Wanna say thanks to someone? Let them know you appreciate them? Share the love people, it's seriously lacking.

Lend your support.. or bugger off

I praise... Echo Sex aka Marky Sparky... cos he tolerates me and forgives me when I call him a tit face. Mwah

Edit:
-----
I totally take that back! He just blew me out.. and not in a good way

My Idol has to be Kid Rock. He did what he to to get his record deal, then he shot the middel finger and started making the music he wanted to. (before you rip him to shreds, listen to some of his new material)

I would like to thank Lain for getting help when she needed it, that takes strength beyond what most people know.

I don't respect many people, definitely don't have idols. I may respect someone or their work, but I want to be myself and not someone else

Hmm.. I'm doing this in list form in no particular order..

Jen (AKA Misstress) 'cause she'll say what she wants and inspired me to do so too.

George Dussault because he taught me the ways of music.

Rick Girrad because he told me how to shoot.

Lea Paq because she taught me how to live.

Has nothing to do with wanting to be someone. It's just about someone you admire. Someone you'd say "Nice one" to.

Admiring someone and respecting someone (the someone who would get the "nice one" line) are two very separate things. But, just for mistress, I'll provide a list of names (of people whom I respect)

From the forums-Dreamsmith (wherever he went), Mistress of course, and Echo and Old Warrior Dood are pretty cool as well

From RL-Albert Camus (great philosopher), and I also like Anthony Kiedis and George Carlin, but they do not and will never have the intelligence of Camus.

Insufferable know-it-all

Oh, and don't worry about naming me just cos I started the thread

I admire my Grandad for still being so selfless towards his family even though my Grandma passed away. It's meant a lot that he stayed strong for us all.

There are maybe five people in this world I have a large amount of respect for, they're the ones I could consider my best friends (if I was worthy of their greatness). Their names I'll not mention, because it doesn't matter what their names are and it doesn't matter who I respect to anyone here. There aren't many though, you can be sure of that. It takes a lot to get my respect, characteristics that tread beyond those of normal morality really. Most people here would probably expect me to say I have the utmost respect in myself, I'm going to have to be honest and say that unfortunately I'm not on my list of best human beings.

Recognize a few of those most notabley Lenin and Marx.

Mine The Beatles, The Goo Goo Dolls because their lyrics really get through and they wrote them themselves

Ghandi- He would rather starve to death and be put in jail than obey unjust laws.

Sidartha Guatmada- When you give up being a prince on a journey for enlightenment that may never come you have some serious dedication.

My uncle Mark- He breaks a bone every few months just doing normal stuff being totally careful and says at least it didn't happen to someone else. When he shattered his ankle he was happy that the it wasn't some kid on the balcony. And when i was asked who do you see god or any type of thing like that in he was my answer.

Jaques Cousteau.

Most people just associate him with television specials - but, from the start, he was a pioneer doing crackpot things that were way beyond his time.
